Heading to SJO for NTC Tech Connect

If everyone ever asks me if it is worth travelling to San Jose for just two days, I would say definitely yes. Of course, the first day is not really pleasant with two connecting flights, but you forget about that when you meet the NTCs again in San Jose.

But for now, the day. Awake at 4.30 AM to drive to AMS – Schiphol for a good day of sitting, listening to some old and some good songs, but most of the time just waiting for Seattle, the airport with the connecting flight to San Jose with 60 minutes of time to make that connection.

What did I learn at Seattle, especially at Border Control? Make sure, you have your return ticket present. Not having that will cause some nasty questions. But after all, I was allowed to enter the US. And I got to my flight to SJO in time.

Arrived in San Jose, I decided to make a quick walk to the hotel after 12 hours of lazy time in a airplane chair. Still don’t know if that was a good idea, but I made it. Entering the hotel some old and new friends were already there. But that is complete different story. What about the journey to the hotel?
